Guardabosques de la Sierra is a non- profit association of cacao farmers located at the foot of Tayrona Park in the Sierra Nevada region of Santa Marta, Colombia. From bean to bar, we focus on enhancing the value of our sustainably grown cacao with quality, clean fruit and traditionally processed fine chocolate products.
